Steel Hardening

A consortium of companies "Nauchno-Proizvodstvenny Kompleks TECHMASH and OPZ" and «Art of Inteligence» offers a unique technology of hardening of heavy-duty machine parts and mechanisms by volume-surface hardening method (VSH), surpassing the best domestic and foreign counterparts in almost all respects. This technology - the result of more than 10 years of work a large number of scientific experts, the outcome of which is a full service, which allows to introduce this technology to any production that requires the use of high-strength parts.

 

This unique technology is based on the joint application of low-hardenability steels of the 2nd and 3rd generation (in-house know-how) and the final heat treatment of these parts by the VSH.

The main technical and economic advantages of our technology compared with other methods of hardening parts are as follows:

•     The cost of one ton of decreased hardenability steel, several times lower than a similar one tonne of alloy steel.
•     Reduced electricity demand by 10-12 times.
•     Reduced cycle hardening of parts from 12-20 hours to 1-5 minutes.
•     There are no thermal deformation of parts after heat treatment.
•     Extremely high service life of finished products
