The most intensive deposition of asphalt-rubber-paraffin is on the inner surface of the lifting tube wells. Such complications are inherent in almost all oil complex of Russia and the CIS with a difference in the predominant content of asphalt-resin-paraffin in each field.

The station is designed to work outdoors in conditions regulated to climatic performance UHL1 GOST 15150-69 under the following climatic conditions:
- The ambient temperature from -60°C to +50°C;
- Relative humidity 100% at + 25°C;
- The environment must not be explosive, containing no corrosive gases and vapors at concentrations that deplete the metal and insulation, not saturated conductive dust;
- Altitude less than 1000m. The degree of protection of the station from the environment IP43 according to GOST 14254-80.
Feeding station is three-phase AC 380V 50Hz. Full performance station is stored at a deviation from the nominal voltage values ranging from -30% to +30%. Output voltage station depends on the circuit on and regulated by the 0-540V at power supply voltage 380 V (use jumper) and 0-1200V at a supply voltage 850V (using step-up transformer).


The station is in the structure of controller, which provides the ability to pass parameters and control via MODBUS. The controller provides a stable work station, the protection in many ways, provides archiving of events in its internal memory.
